Angelo Anglani

Angelo Anglani practices in the areas of disputes resolution (litigation, international and domestic arbitration, ADR), commercial contracts, restructuring and turnaround, unfair competition, product liability, environmental matters. Angelo is a past Co-Chair of the IBA Litigation Committee, a member of the Board of the Italian Association for Arbitration (AIA), a member of the Appointing Authority of the Chinese European Arbitration Center (CEAC) and a founding member, as well as past Co-Chair, of ArbIt (the Italian Forum for Arbitration and ADR). He gained extensive experience in the area of international and domestic arbitration, whether under the rules of the ICC International Court of Arbitration and other arbitral institutions, under ad hoc rules, or in the context of court challenges of arbitration awards. He is frequently appointed as arbitrator.
