Cristina Martinetti
Founding partner at Elexi
Cristina is a Lawyer based in Torino, where she founded the law firm Elexi together with other colleagues she worked with in the previous law firm Bortolotti, Buffa where she spent 24 years practicing int’l commercial law and international disputes. She has a particular expertise and experience in arbitration, both as an arbitrator and as a counsel in corporate and commercial disputes, including international ones. She acted as counsel in several international arbitration proceedings (ICC, SHIAC, CIETAC) and she is regularly appointed as arbitrator by institutions and parties. She is Co-Chair of the international sales commission of the International Bar Association (IBA). She is also Vice President of the National Arbitration Court, based in Rome and a member of the Board of the Arbitration Chamber of Piedmont.
