Loukas A. Mistelis

Professor of Transnational Commercial Law and Arbitration at Queen Mary University of London – School of Law

Loukas is member of the Centre for Commercial Law Studies (CCLS) where he is Director of the School of International Arbitration. He is also a member of the Advisory Board of the EFILA (European Federation of Investment Law and Arbitration) and President of the Court of CEDRAC (Cyprus Eurasia Dispute Resolution & Arbitration Centre). Previously, he served as Secretary of the CISG-AC (Advisory Council of the Convention on Contract for the International Sale of Goods). His substantial arbitration experience covers ICC, ICSID, LCIA, UNCITRAL, SCC, Swiss Chambers and Moscow cases.
