Niccolò Landi

Niccolò Landi graduated in Law from the University of Siena and obtained an LL.M. in international commercial law from the University College Dublin. He is founding partner of Studio Legale Landi in association with BeecheyArbitration. Previously, he was an attorney at Gianni, Origoni, Grippo, Cappelli & Partners where he specialized in international arbitration. He has authored several legal publications and articles on arbitration, EU law and international sale of goods. Niccolò is a lecturer at the Master in Public Procurement Management for Sustainable Development and at the Master in International Trade Law at the International Training Centre of the International Labour Organization. He is also a past Co-Chair of ArbIt (the Italian Forum for Arbitration and ADR). He is a member of the Milan Bar and admitted to the Italian Supreme Court.
