Gustav Flecke-Giammarco

Partner at Seven Summits Arbitration

Gustav Flecke-Giammarco has acted as counsel and arbitrator in over 40 domestic and international arbitrations. Prior to setting up Seven Summits Arbitration, a Munich-based boutique law firm founded in 2017, Gustav was a Senior Associate in the litigation and arbitration practice group at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek (2015-2017) and worked at the Secretariat of the ICC International Court of Arbitration as Deputy Counsel (2009-2011) and Counsel (2011-2015). He is a member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR and the Arbitrator Nominations Commission at ICC Germany. In addition, Gustav is a member of the editorial board of the Journal of International Arbitration. He has co-edited a comprehensive article-by-article commentary on the 2018 DIS Arbitration Rules and regularly publishes on international commercial arbitration.
