How to apply & Fees
In order to guarantee that our participants enjoy the highest level of interaction, registrations are on a first-come first-served basis, and we will be taking in up to 30 participants. Please note that the registration will be deemed completed only upon payment of the Registration Fees.
HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE COURSE?
The registration is a two-step process:
1. REGISTRATION FORM
Fill in the Registration Form available at this link. The system will automatically register your answers.
2. REGISTRATION FEES
The Registration Fees, in the amount of Euro 800,00 (eight hundred/00) – VAT included, must be paid through either one of the following two methods:
(a) by credit card, on the dedicated webpage of the Italian Arbitration Association (AIA) website available at this link;
(b) via wire transfer at the following bank account:
Account holder: Associazione Italiana per l'Arbitrato IBAN: IT17 A030 6909 6061 0000 0125 553 Swift Code (BIC): BCITITMM Reason of the transfer: "Course Arbitration Certificate - Name Surname participant"
Upon payment of the Registration Fees, please send us an email with a proof of payment so that we can confirm it was well received.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Written cancellations received at our email 5 business days prior to the starting date of the course will be fully refunded. Written cancellations received after that time will entitle to a 50% refund. Substitutions will be considered.
The organizers reserve the right to amend the program at any stage. Full refund will be made in the event of cancellation of the Certificate by the organizers.
