Marcello Viglino

Director Contract Management Europe and North Africa at Webuild S.p.A.

Marcello Viglino is an engineer who has been involved in construction projects overseas since 1998, working on large civil engineering contracts in several countries around the world. His professional activity is currently concerned with the management of international construction contracts and the settlement of any associated dispute through negotiation, Dispute Board and arbitration. He studied civil engineering both in Italy and the UK where he also obtained an MSc in Construction Law & Dispute Resolution from the King’s College London. He is a visiting lecturer in Contract Management at the Milan Polytechnic, a chartered member of the Institution of Engineers (Italy), a member of the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (USA) and a board member of the Italian Society of Construction Law.
