Andrea Buti is Head of International Legal Affairs at Fincantieri S.p.A. Before joining Fincantieri, he worked as an Associate at Davis Polk in New York and London, and at Ashurst in Milan. He is a qualified Attorney (New York) and Solicitor (England and Wales), and he holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Georgetown University and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the Università degli Studi di Genova. He further obtained a Diploma in European Law from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole. His areas of expertise include Corporate Law, International Law, M&A, Capital Markets and International Litigation.
