Simone Bagnariol

Simone Bagnariol is the General Counsel of ASTM S.p.A., a global player in the infrastructure sector and second largest motorway concession operator of the world. Previously, he was General Counsel at Rizzani de Eccher S.p.A., a leading Italian construction company active in the field of infrastructures and other large-scale projects in more than 30 Countries. Simone was also an Associate at Gianni, Origoni, Grippo & Partners and at Clifford Chance. He holds a Law degree from the University of Trieste and a Ph.D. in Commercial and Transportation Law from the University of Udine. He also attended several other courses/masters in M&A, Arbitration, negotiation techniques and management of difficult transactions. Simone continues to cooperate with the Faculty of Law, Chair of Commercial Law of the University of Udine.
