An Italian qualified lawyer, he has extensive experience in complex cross-border disputes, corporate governance, compliance and legal risk management, particularly in multinational and regulated industries. Before joining Saipem, Francesco held senior legal and compliance leadership roles in international technology and telecommunications groups, including NYSE-listed companies, overseeing global legal operations and strategic transactions. He holds a Ph.D. in Private Law from the European University of Rome and an LL.M. from the University of London. Francesco is a frequent speaker on arbitration, litigation and compliance issues and is actively involved in professional and academic initiatives relating to international business law and dispute resolution.
