Philip Norman is a Partner and Head of International Arbitration in the Infrastructure, Construction and Energy Team at CMS UK. He has more than 30 years of experience in international dispute resolution, with a focus on international arbitration and project support in the energy and infrastructure sectors. He has represented clients from over 35 countries in over 100 disputes in international commercial arbitration, adjudication (FIDIC DAAB), mediation, expert determination, and in negotiations. In addition to representing clients as counsel, he is often appointed as arbitrator in complex and high-value disputes. Previously, he was based in the Middle East for over a decade, from where he also undertook Africa work. His working languages are English, Italian and French.
