Francesca Salerno

Head of Group Significant Litigations at ENEL S.p.A.

Francesca Salerno is Head of Group Significant Litigations at ENEL S.p.A. She is an experienced professional skilled in international law, civil and commercial matters, arbitration and international arbitration, legal assistance, renewable energy, construction disputes, distribution and complex contract disputes. Before joining ENEL S.p.A. in 2021, she spent 13 years at a primary Italian law firm. She is Diversity Officer and a previous National Representative for Italy and Member of the Executive Committee of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJFA). From 2019 to 2022 she was also an Ambassador to the ICC Belt and Road Commission in Italy. Francesca holds a degree summa cum laude from Roma Tre University and has attended a Post-Graduate Course in Negotiation and International Arbitration at Hamline University (St. Paul, MN).
