My participation in the 11th edition of the certificate in International Commercial and Investment Arbitration was enriching in many ways. First, my expectations were fully met. I gained substantial knowledge, particularly in both Italian and international arbitration law. I particularly appreciated the courses on the arbitrator selection process, including strategies for appointment, challenges, and removal of arbitrators. The organizers were highly attentive! From the introductory session to the special lecture delivered by Professor Mohamed Abdel Wahab at UNIDROIT, each moment was an opportunity for meaningful interactions and exchanges with prominent figures in the field of arbitration.
