I attended the Arbitration Certificate in Commercial and Investment Arbitration in 2019 and I am delighted to share my experience. I was very pleased to find out that such a high-level program in international arbitration was held in Rome and moreover at University of Roma Tre, were I graduated one year ago.
The Certificate was very well structured. It was a five days experience where we attended excellent lectures which covered all the main aspects of the international arbitration: starting from the principles to the recognition and enforcement of the award, passing by the drafting of an arbitration clause, the appointing of the arbitral tribunal and the proceedings.
The lecturers were academics, international law firm practitioners, in house counsels and professionals of the main international organizations and this made the program both theoretical and practical.
Last but not least, I was delighted to meet so many people interested in arbitration from all the continent of the world and to share with them this experience.
I would strongly recommend the Certificate to both students and legal practitioners who wants to study or improve their knowledge in this field.
